Angela Price 

33 Years ago, Angela and her husband, Clifton, made Trumbull County Ohio their home. Together, they raised 2 beautiful daughters, Ashley and Amber, while owning and operating multiple successful businesses together. 

Fast-forward to 2019, Angela wanted to make her lifelong dream a reality. Offering a local fine dining restaurant that presents a touch of something new, with the added class of the old. Seeing the exciting resurgence of the Downtown Warren Ohio District, she knew right away the historic Courthouse Square is where her restaurant vision needed to come to life.


She wanted to offer the best hand-picked steaks, a highly qualified Head Chef, an upscale drink menu with an amazing staff.  It was important to design an elegant atmosphere that mixes today's modern technology while embracing the true beauty of a building that is

over 120 years old.

General Manager and Executive Chef

Michael Theodore  

A 2008 top 10 Downtown Chefs "Pittsburgh Post-Gazette", 2009 Who's Who Among Pittsburgh Chefs "Whirl Magazine” and 20 years of experience in the industry, Michael's love for the restaurant industry and passion to create high quality food did not come overnight.


As Michael was growing up, his mother and grandmother always had something cooking on the stove.  He quickly became their official taste tester, and became hands on helping create dinners and sweets.    


Starting at the age of 14, he got his first job in the restaurant field hired as a dishwasher. This was the first time he saw the action that happened inside a restaurant’s kitchen. Mike’s behind-the-scenes immersion motivated him to pursue a career in culinary arts.


At the age of 20, he moved to Pittsburgh to begin his culinary training. He spent 9 years studying and working at various restaurants, including Seviche, Sonoma Grille, The Elbow Room, and Grand Concourse. After years of planning, writing recipes, and developing menu concepts, Michael felt it was time to share his gift of cooking to the world by opening his own catering business. 


Prior to becoming Executive Chef at Jacked Steakhouse, his resume includes 5 years as Executive Chef of Seviche, a Latino Nueve tapas bar in Downtown Pittsburgh. Executive Chef for 3 years as at The Elbow Room in Shadyside PA and Executive Chef of Stonebridge Grille & Tavern in Niles Ohio. 


With your first bite into Michael's cooking, you instantly taste his 20 years of experience. Michael takes great pride to make every dish is of high-quality standards, with a passion to continue to grow his expertise.  His areas of expertise include but are not limited to: Latino, Italian, French, Mediterranean & Asian cuisines.
